- This promotional competition (hereinafter referred to as “Pioneer Cashback”) is organized by Freedom Financial Wellness (Pty) Ltd (Registration Number: 2021/371183/07) and or their designated agencies (“the Promoter”).
- Pioneer Cashback is open to all South African citizens residing within the Republic of South Africa from the start date to the end date of “Cash Prize”, and who are over the age of 18 (eighteen) years, and who must be in possession of a valid South African Identity Document.
- Pioneer Cashback is not open to any employee, director, member, partner, agent or consultant or any person directly or indirectly who controls or is controlled by the Promoter and/or immediate family members of any employee, director, member, agent or consultant of or person indirectly or directly in control or controlled by the Promoter, its advertising agencies, advisers of the Freedom Financial Wellness (Pty) Ltd.
- By entering this competition, all participants, and winners thereof, agree to be bound by these rules as interpreted by the Promoter, whose decision regarding any dispute surrounding the results of Pioneer Cashback will be final and binding.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time during the term of Pioneer Cashback being in effect, and without notice to any participants and winners thereof, to amend, modify, or change these rules, and to postpone, suspend or cancel this competition and any prizes (which has not been subject to a draw), or any aspect thereof, for any reason which the Promoter reasonably deems necessary.
- Pioneer Cashback Out will commence at 00H00 on 18 February 2026 and will end at 23H59 on 18 May 2026, both days inclusive (“the Duration”).
- Clients who opt in, sign up for debt review, and successfully pay their first instalment during the competition period will stand a chance to win R15,000 cash.
- The competition will run over a period of 3 (three) months, and only 1 (one) winner will be selected.
- The winner will receive a cash prize of R15,000 (fifteen thousand rand only), and will be officially announced on 5 June 2026.
- To be eligible to participate in “Pioneer Cashback”, all participants must apply to Freedom Financial Wellness, sign up to be placed under debt review with Freedom Financial Wellness, and pay their first debt review instalment.
- For a Participant’s entry to be confirmed and verified as valid, the Participant must have complied with the provisions of these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entertained from non-winners.
- Entries which are submitted via an incorrect entry mechanism, or contain errors, or are unclear or illegible, or received from disqualified participants will be declared invalid, and these individuals will not be included on the list of participants for “Pioneer Cashback”.
- Participants who have won and who have been confirmed and verified by the Promoter as valid after the verification process, will be contacted with a follow-up telephone call using the details provided by the participant in their signed application form 16 to confirm their winnings and provide details on how they may claim their prize.
- Should the Promoter be unable to reach the winners within 48 (forty-eight) hours from the date of being declared a winner, such a person will be disqualified and no longer be eligible to claim the prize.
- The Promotor will not be held liable for any claims, losses, or liabilities of profit or any other direct and/or indirect, special, or consequential loss arising out of any defects in the Prizes.
- Ownership of and risk in, and benefit attaching to, the prizes will pass to the individual winner immediately upon notification that they have been selected as winner of the Pioneer Cashback Competition.
- Should any dispute arise in relation to the interpretation of the Competition rules, the Promoter’s decision shall be final, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
- All participants and winners of “Pioneer Cashback”, as the case may be, indemnify the Promoter, it’s advertising agencies, advisers, nominated agents, partners, and its affiliates and/or associated companies against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of and/or from their participation in any way howsoever in this Competition (including, as a result of any act or omission, whether as a result of negligence, misrepresentation, misconduct or otherwise on the Promoter).
- The Promoter may require the winner to complete and submit an information non-disclosure agreement and indemnification to enable the Promoter to ensure compliance with these Rules and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Should any winner of Pioneer Cashback refuse or be unable to comply fully with this rule for any reason, such winner will be disqualified from the Pioneer Cashback competition.
- In addition, the competition winner must give us a video or voice note testimony of their winnings.
