Sales General Manager

We’re in search of a natural-born leader to fill the role of a Sales General Manager. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and driving the company’s growth through strategic planning, leadership, and execution. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in sales management and the ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving sales targets.

Objectives:

• Develop strategic plan for optimized productivity
• Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes
• Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality
• Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
• Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals
• Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve objectives 
• Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
• Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and expenses effectively to optimize resource allocation and maximize ROI.
• Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment 
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
• Lead and motivate the New Business team to consistently meet or exceed targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Qualified and registered Debt Counsellor 
• RE qualification
• Dialler Management skills
• Call Centre leadership experience 
• Management Experience
• Experience in conducting performance evaluations
• Working knowledge of human-resources processes
