Sales Agent Vacancy

Pioneer Debt Solutions is looking for Sales Agents.

Our growing team of highly motivated and skilled sales specialists have a proven track record of producing exponential revenue growth for customers, maintaining long-term relationships and exceptional standards, all while creating a winning organizational culture that grows and retains top talent. This role requires proactive engagement, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. By effectively representing Pioneer Debt Solutions and driving sales growth, you contribute to the company’s success and reputation in the marketplace.

Experience:

• 3 – 5 years of sales experience
• 3 – 5 years Call centre/Sales experience with at least 12 months as an inbound/outbound sales agent

Skills:

• Computer literate (Proficiency in Office 365 suite)
• Telephony etiquette
• Accuracy in information capture
• Excellent communication skill
• Problem-solving skills

   

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Clear ITC
• No Criminal Record
• Target driven.
• 6 months outbound or inbound sales experience, retentions, upgrades, upselling
• Experience selling insurance is advantageous.

Qualifications:

• Matric Certification
• RE 5(advantageous)
• COB Long Term deposits & Short Term deposits (beneficial)
• Short Term and Long-Term Insurance(advantageous)
• Registered Debt Counsellor (advantageous)

Performance Management:

Monthly performance checks to be done via KPA measurements.

Package and Remuneration

• Basic from R5000.00- R7500.00
• Commission
